Atha means NOW. For us, it means that anytime is a good time to do yoga (now, for instance) and that while we are in a yoga class, we are present and focused. No phones. Just movement.


We are a small, community-oriented yoga studio located in the heart of Gordonsville, Virginia. We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. Yoga improves balance, strength, and focus, and has many other health benefits, including lowering blood pressure. Our classes are designed to help you relax, de-stress, and improve your overall health and well-being.

We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Our instructors are experienced and compassionate, and they will work with you to create a customized practice that meets your individual needs.

We also offer a variety of other services, including private yoga instruction, yoga therapy, and meditation classes. We are committed to providing our members with a supportive and welcoming environment where they can practice yoga and connect with others. We hope to see you soon!
